A Tribute to SEAAGE

Thank You.

The AsiaGEN story stands on the shoulders of industry giants who, from 2013 to 2024, left their impact on an incredible organisation known as the South East Asian Association of Graduate Employers. Meet the pioneers who gave their time and resources to supporting the Early Career Industry in Southeast Asia by representing both recruiters and those with a role in developing undergraduates, graduates and MBAs.

To All Supporters

To the many schools, vendors, employers and individuals who have supported SEAAGE over the years – there are too many to name individually – we thank you for being champions of our industry and for believing in our mission.

We have made every effort to identify all volunteers and SEAAGE committee members. However, due to record transitions over the past decade, some names may be missing. If your name or that of someone you know is absent from this tribute page, please contact us at hello@asiagen.org, so we can add it to this tribute page.

The Last SEAAGE Christmas eBook

Designed as a 2024 planning tool for Early Career Professionals, this resource was created in December 2023. It features articles, soundbites, and notes from the 2023 SEAAGE Annual Conference in Singapore. Released as a free eBook, it provided a daily chapter countdown for the 12 days before Christmas, and has been downloaded by more than 60 Early Careers leaders worldwide.

EPILOGUE

Our impact lives on.

In a final act of service to the community, SEAAGE proudly donated its remaining resources to Juice Stories, a remarkable social enterprise in Singapore dedicated to providing training and employment to older workers and early-in-career individuals with special needs through their café which serves authentic cold-pressed juices through a unique method of preparation.

This donation reflects SEAAGE’s commitment to empowering individuals and communities through education and training. We are honoured to have played a part in supporting Juice Stories’ vital work and we truly believe in the lasting impact of their efforts.

Left to Right: Patricia Anthony and Annie Wong (Juice Stories Founders), Nurul (Beneficiary), Sufie Sudyono and Alvin Lim (SEAAGE)

SEAAGE may have closed its doors, but our legacy lives on through the organisations and individuals we’ve had the privilege to support. We are grateful for the opportunity to have made a difference and celebrate the tireless work of Juice Stories in creating a brighter future for all.

If I have seen further than others, it is by standing on the shoulders of giants.
